Measurement Guide

Measure your head, step by step.

Use a flexible measuring tape, keep hair flat, and record every measurement in inches. These measurements are used for custom-cap sizing.

Circumference

Wrap the tape around the entire hairline — across the forehead, behind both ears, and around the nape.

Front to Nape

From the center front hairline, over the highest point of the crown, down to the lowest point of the nape.

Ear to Ear Across Forehead

Measure across the front hairline, from where each ear meets the head.

Ear to Ear Over Top

From ear to ear, up and over the highest point of the crown.

Temple to Temple Around Back

Measure around the back of the head, from one temple to the other, passing below the crown.

Nape Width

Measure straight across the natural hairline at the base of the nape.

Quick Tips

Measure over one thin cap or with hair braided flat — never over loose, bulky hair.

Have a second person help for the most accurate result.

Record every number in inches, to the nearest quarter inch.
